If you receive a discount or other promotional offer from Dyyweb or a Reseller, Dyyweb or the Reseller respectively shall have the right to renew your subscription to such Dyyweb Services automatically and without notice at the end of the applicable discount period as then applicable. 5.2. Invoice

If you are a Reseller User and you pay the Reseller rather than Dyyweb directly, then Section 5.2 below does not apply to you.

Dyyweb and/or its affiliates will issue an invoice or credit memo ("Invoice") for any fees or refunds paid by Dyyweb. Each invoice will be issued electronically and based on the country indicated in your billing address and will be provided to you through your user account and/or via email. In order to issue an invoice, you may be required to provide certain Personal Information (as that term is defined in the Privacy Policy) to comply with local laws. Please note that the invoice provided in your user account may not comply with your local legal requirements, in which case it may be used for pro forma purposes only.

Unless you are a reseller user, invoices for our paid services will be provided in your user account.

5.3. Subscription automatically renews

To ensure that you do not experience any interruption or loss of service, certain Paid Services include an auto-renewal option by default, under which the Paid Services will remain valid for the duration of the applicable subscription period unless you or your reseller turns off the auto-renewal option. By entering into these Terms of Use and purchasing the Renewal Paid Service, you acknowledge and agree that the Renewal Paid Service will automatically renew in accordance with the terms above.

You (or the Reseller from whom you purchase Paid Services) may turn off the automatic renewal option for renewing Paid Services at any time through your user account or by visiting the Dyyweb Help Center.

Certain domain names are subject to different renewal policies, as applicable, please see the Web.com Reseller Domain Registration Agreement and the Tucows Reseller Domain Registration Agreement .

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, you are and shall be solely responsible for verifying and ensuring successful renewal of the Dyyweb Services you use (whether or not such Dyyweb Services require automatic subscription renewal). Accordingly, you are solely responsible for any termination of any Dyyweb Services you previously purchased, including due to cancellation, failure to charge applicable recurring fees, or due to any Dyyweb Services not being subject to automatic subscription renewal. You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no claim against Dyyweb regarding the termination of any Dyyweb Service or Third Party Service for any reason.

To ensure that you do not lose your domain name or experience website outage at the end of your subscription period, we will automatically renew our service and charge you on a recurring basis based on your initial subscription, unless you (or a reseller) you pass Turn off automatic renewal of purchased paid services.

6.2. Dyyweb Cancellation

Failure to comply with any Dyyweb Terms and/or pay any fees due will entitle Dyyweb to suspend (until payment is made in full) or cancel your User Account and User Platform (or certain features thereof) as follows: and provide you with any Related Dyyweb services (such as paid services) or third-party services.

If you open a user account through a reseller or purchase paid services from a reseller, Dyyweb has the right to suspend, terminate or block access to your user account and the User Platform (or certain features thereof) and the provision of any related services. If your user account or any Dyyweb service or third-party service associated with your user account is canceled (whether at your request or at Dyyweb's sole discretion), it may result in certain content, functionality or Loss of Capacity, including any User Content, End User Data or other usage data retained therein, and including any domain name reservations or registrations included in such Services ("Loss of Capacity"). Dyyweb is not responsible for any such loss of capacity or backup of your User Account, User Content or End User Data. 7.2. Payment Provider
